Taylor’s practice focuses primarily on domestic and international patent and trademark litigation and enforcement. During law school, he was a member and contributing editor to the Iowa Law Review. Taylor was also a Dean’s Award recipient for Trademark and Unfair Competition Law. Before joining MB, he was an associate at a major IP law firm in Irvine, California, where he worked on litigation cases and judgment enforcement.

Prior to law school, Taylor studied Russian culture and language at Brigham Young University. He also lived in Russia and Belarus for two years, where he conducted volunteer work in hospitals, orphanages and underrepresented communities. Taylor is certified in advanced Russian language, both oral and written. In his spare time, he enjoys soccer, basketball, tennis, and spending time with family.
