Profile

Rachel’s practice focuses on complex patent and trademark litigation including the preparation and prosecution of trademark applications for filing in the United States. Rachel also specializes in intellectual property license agreements and UDRP proceedings. Rachel currently assists in the representation of various companies with respect to their intellectual property rights ranging from small technological companies to large multinational corporations.

Prior to joining MB, Rachel worked as a law clerk at firms in Las Vegas and Salt Lake City. Rachel also served as a judicial intern for Judge Anthony Fratto of the Third Judicial District Court and served as a Note & Comment Editor on the Utah Law Review.

Rachel loves to travel – she has visited 11 different countries so far. She is also a fan of Utah’s great outdoors. She enjoys skiing, camping, running and hiking. She values community involvement/volunteering and genuinely enjoys learning about new and varied subjects.
