Profile
Paul’s practice currently centers on preparation and prosecution of patent applications. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
During law school, Paul served as a staff member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal. He works on patents dealing with a variety of technologies including semiconductors, software, and wireless communications.
As an undergraduate, he conducted research and helped develop software modeling the zero-doppler fluorescence spectrum in a potassium lidar. He also taught various physics laboratories at Utah State University.
Paul enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two young sons boating, camping, and working in the yard.
