Adam’s practice focuses on complex patent, copyright, and trademark litigation. In addition, Adam has experience helping clients obtain copyright protection. Having completed two degrees in Biomedical Engineering, he is highly specialized in science and technology, and understands the importance of protecting intellectual property for both individuals and large corporations.
Prior to joining MB, Adam worked as an associate attorney for a major Salt Lake City-based IP law firm. He served as a judicial intern at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit for the Honorable Chief Judge Randall R. Rader and at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia for the Honorable Judge Robert L. Wilkins. Adam also spent time preparing patentability opinions and assisting researchers with preparation of patent applications at Brigham Young University’s Technology Transfer Office.
Adam loves spending free time with his beautiful wife and three daughters. Together, they enjoy water and snow skiing, fishing, hiking, and camping.
